Meeting between Pastor Ock Soo Park and the King of Lesotho Letsie III

Meeting Between King of Lesotho Letsie III and Pastor Ock Soo Park

The Good News Mission in Lesotho has worked for the education of the youth since the MOU was signed with the government since March 6th. Last year, we met the Prime Minister through the Correctional and Law Enforcement School training program we had. Pastor Ock Soo Park was introduced and a meeting was scheduled for him to meet Prime Minister Tom Thabane and King Letsie III.

Meeting with Pastor Park and King Letsie III

Pastor Park met the King of Lesotho, Letsie III on Thursday, April 4th. He introduced himself as a pastor and explained how he educates the youth around the world by teaching them the world of the heart that he discovered from the Bible. Then, pastor preached the gospel to him through the book of Romans. “We think we are sinners because we committed sins. However, what did God say in the Bible? He told the man with the infirmity for 38 years to rise and walk and told a virgin that she will have a son. My thoughts and God’s Word were always different. Jesus said that all our sins were cleansed in the Bible. If God says I’m righteous, then I will unite with that Word. Your highness is righteous. Then you have the same heart with God.”

The King listened to Pastor Ock Soo Park sincerely. Then, he accepted the gospel that he was righteous.

“People know about their bodies in detail but they are very vague about the heart which leads the body. If they learn just a little about the world of heart, then they can live a powerful life. I learned how the heart flows through the Bible. When you put hope and love in the heart of the youth, they change. Now, I wish to educate the youth in Lesotho to sleep in happiness and wake in hope.”
